Terms of Service

By using LinkSave (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

LinkSave is a tool that lets you save a copy of a publicly available online video to your own device. We do not host, store, index or upload any videos; every file is fetched from the original platform at your request and deleted from our server after your download.

2. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

  • Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Only download content you own, that is in the public domain, or that you have permission to download.
  • Respect the copyright of creators and the terms of service of the platform you download from.

You agree that you will not:

  • Re-upload, sell, redistribute or publicly display downloaded content without the rights holder’s permission.
  • Use the Service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or to harass anyone.
  • Attempt to download private, paywalled or DRM-protected content.
  • Use bots, scripts or automated tools to send large numbers of requests, or try to disrupt or overload the Service.

3. Copyright

All videos remain the property of their respective owners. LinkSave is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube or any other platform. Rights holders can find our takedown process on the DMCA & Copyright page.

4. Advertising

The Service is free and supported by ads. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the products or services they promote. See our Privacy Policy for how ad cookies work.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Platforms change frequently, so we cannot guarantee that any particular video can be downloaded, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkSave is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for how you use content you download. You are solely responsible for your use of downloaded content.

7. Changes and termination

We may change or stop the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may block access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
